Refund and Returns Policy

Standard Products* purchased at NEX ARMOUR may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. (*Standard products do not include customized or special order items.)
Returns must be in brand new condition and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
To arrange a return or exchange:
1. Complete the form below and provide your order number, item name, size, and colour.
2. Specify if return or exchange required. If exchange, please advise the item, size and colour required.
3. Our Customer Service Team will provide a return authorization (RA) number and details of where to send the goods.
4. Return the goods with a copy of the RA.
Express Post or Courier is recommended for returns so you can track & trace your returning. NEX Armour is not responsible for returned goods that do not arrive at our warehouse.
Goods will be inspected on return and if item can be returned to stock for sale, a refund, credit, or exchange will be processed within 7 days.
Correct fitting and sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Items that do not fit correctly should be returned unsoiled and undamaged, with all tags attached. Refund or correct size replacement will be made available if possible.

 
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems.


Delivery charges to return an item or send a replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

NEX Armour Venture will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. All returns must be processed through NEX Armour’s official channels.

Exchanges for Inaccessible Retail Locations: If the retail store where you purchased the item is no longer in business or is unreachable, please contact our customer service team at  support@nexarmour.com

We will be happy to assist with an exchange for merchandise of equal value.

International Purchases: NEX Armour Venture does not accept returns for purchases made outside Australia.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will only be covered by NEX Armour Venture in cases of returning or exchanging defective products or in the event of a shipping error.

Before unpacking or using the products make sure it’s the correct item that you ordered. If you try footwear on only do so on carpet or clean non-abrasive floor. Any sign of dirt, scuffs or wear on the sole will void the refund.


To check on the status of an exchange or refund, please include your RA Number in the form below.
* Customized Products or Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged or cancelled. An order for a Customized Product or Special Order item is considered a firm order. Customized products and Special Order items cannot be returned due to customer change of mind, or if wrong colour or wrong size is ordered by the customer. Customized products and Special Order items are indicated on the website item description and/or on the customer Quote and customer Sales Order confirmation.

 

 

PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED ONLY IF:

  • The item has not been used.
  • The item has no marks, scuffs, dirt, or stains.
  • The item is in a brand new re-sellable condition.
  • The packaging is intact with no marks, damage, sticky tape, etc.
  • The items tags have not been removed including hang tags and stickers.
  • All items are returned including packaging, parts/accessories, etc.
  • The return is received within 30 days of delivery.

NEX Armour Venture Consumer Guarantees and Return Policy

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you are entitled to consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded. NEX Armour Venture limits all liability arising in connection with a breach of these consumer guarantees to, at our option:

  • Replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods;
  • Repairing the goods;
  • Paying the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or
  • Paying the cost of having the goods repaired.

You acknowledge and agree that these remedies are the sole remedies for a breach of such guarantees, and it is fair and reasonable for NEX Armour Venture to rely on this clause.

Return Conditions:

  • Re-Sellable Condition: No refunds will be provided for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition.

  • Washing and Handling: Please adhere strictly to the washing and handling instructions provided with your product. NEX Armour Venture does not accept returns due to mis-washing or improper handling of products.
